For 20 years Jon has been involved in the executive of the Huntsville Soccer Club and held various positions on the board from President to Head Club Coach and everything in between. Developing a strong House League program was one of Jon’s goals which has been successful with approximately 1,000 people now involved in the club. In 2000 Jon was instrumental in the development of the north soccer fields at McCulley-Robertson which now houses the mini-soccer program and practice area. In 2009, continuing facilities development, Jon then began the task of building the two south end soccer fields which he project managed. He stepped down from the executive in 2016 but will continue to be involved as a consultant and also as a referee.
