Use of Our Services
Huntsville Sports Hall of Fame recognizes individuals, teams and organizations who have made significant contributions to sports. Nominees are selected by committee and upon acceptance of the nomination may be invited to be inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame. Inductees thereby acknowledge that a photograph or photographs with brief biography will be posted on the Huntsville Sports Hall of Fame and corresponding media which may include, but is not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and various print or other media as solely determined by the Huntsville Sports Hall of Fame.

Information We Collect and Why We Collect It
HSHF may record the contact information received via its website, Facebook page, Instagram page or other media. This information will be added to our contact list and will be used to email or otherwise provide updates about HSHF news, events and activities.

Data Breach Procedure
We adhere to the Data Breach Procedure as stipulated by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Meaning in case of a data breach as defined by the GDPR we will report to our national GDPR enforcer within 72 hours after the breach has been found. After the proper research has been done about the breach and if necessary, we will address the user concerns.
